Who we are

WeBroke Pty Ltd is an ASIC-regulated mortgage broking firm holding ABN 53 695 861 33. We provide credit assistance to consumers seeking home loans, investment loans, refinancing, and other credit products.

What we do

We act as a credit intermediary — we do not provide credit directly. We assess your needs and objectives, compare loan products from our lender panel, and assist you in applying for credit. We are required to act in your best interests.

How we are paid

WeBroke receives commissions from lenders when a loan application is approved and settled. Typical commissions are:

  • Upfront commission: Typically 0.5%–0.7% of the loan amount (paid by the lender)
  • Trail commission: Typically 0.1%–0.2% per annum of the outstanding loan balance (paid annually by the lender)

These commissions are paid by the lender and do not represent an additional cost to you. We will provide you with specific commission information before we assist you with a credit application.

We have access to a panel of 40+ lenders including major banks, non-bank lenders, and specialist lenders. A full list of our lender panel is available on request. We are not exclusively tied to any single lender.
