3. Interest rates and product information
Interest rates, comparison rates, and product information displayed on this website are indicative only and subject to change without notice. Rates are current as at the date of publication but may have changed since. Comparison rates are calculated based on a loan of $150,000 over a term of 25 years and may not include all fees and charges. Different terms, fees, or other loan amounts might result in a different comparison rate. All loan applications are subject to lender credit assessment and approval.

The calculators on this website provide indicative estimates only. Results are based on the information you enter and simplified assumptions. 5. Commissions and remuneration
WeBroke may receive commissions from lenders when a loan application is approved and settled. These commissions are paid by the lender and do not represent an additional cost to you. We are required to disclose commissions under the NCCP Act and our Credit Guide. We act in your best interests in accordance with our best interests duty obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBroke excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss) arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained herein. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
