These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WeBroke website (webroke.com.au) and the services provided by WeBroke Pty Ltd (ABN 53 695 861 33, ABN 53 695 861 33) ("WeBroke", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General information only

The information on this website is of a general nature only and does not constitute financial, legal, or taxation advice. It has been prepared without taking into account your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs. Before acting on any information on this website, you should consider its appropriateness to your circumstances and seek independent professional advice.

2. ASIC regulation and credit services

WeBroke holds an Australian Credit Licence (ABN 53 695 861 33) issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Our credit services are regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act). We act as a credit intermediary and do not provide credit directly.

3. Interest rates and product information

Interest rates, comparison rates, and product information displayed on this website are indicative only and subject to change without notice. Rates are current as at the date of publication but may have changed since. Comparison rates are calculated based on a loan of $150,000 over a term of 25 years and may not include all fees and charges. Different terms, fees, or other loan amounts might result in a different comparison rate. All loan applications are subject to lender credit assessment and approval.

4. Calculator results

The calculators on this website provide indicative estimates only. Results are based on the information you enter and simplified assumptions. They do not constitute financial advice and should not be relied upon as an accurate prediction of loan repayments, borrowing capacity, stamp duty, or savings. Actual results will depend on your individual circumstances, lender assessment, and applicable fees and charges.

5. Commissions and remuneration

WeBroke may receive commissions from lenders when a loan application is approved and settled. These commissions are paid by the lender and do not represent an additional cost to you. We are required to disclose commissions under the NCCP Act and our Credit Guide. We act in your best interests in accordance with our best interests duty obligations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBroke excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss) arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained herein. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
